it's the weekend of friday, september 12th 2008. here are your quick facts for the day.

I am currently blogging from :: in front of the computer in my parents room back home in slidell, la. i'm home for the weekend because becca had a doctor's appointment to look at her arm. everything's going well and she doesn't have to wear the cast/splint anymore. yay!

current outside temp. :: 84°F

current inside temp. :: feels like 74°F

recently listened to :: where the light is -by john mayer

the current price of gas in slidell :: $3.65 (it's $3.63 in starkville. if you check yesterday's quick facts, you'll notice that it was yesterday. that's a $0.16 jump over night. crazy.

what's rambling in my brain right now :: thought's of tomorrow night's mississippi state game against auburn and john mayer's gravity.

i haven't gotten the chance to sit down and read my bible today, but i'll get to that later. i did read some more chapters in chuck palahniuk's choke. should be finished with that one by the end of the weekend (or maybe the end of the night). that would be two down, four to go on the semester reading list. things are going along better than i anticipated.

it's good to be home for the weekend. i got to see my family about 2 weeks ago when the evacuated up the starkville while hurricane gustav was bearing down on the nola area. but it's always good to spend some time with them. which is what i plan to do. that being said, i might not be blogging to much this weekend. so...
